OneDayWebsites provides website design, development, launch, and optional ongoing maintenance services for small businesses. Our standard Business Website package includes a website of up to 5 pages, delivered within one business day once we have received all required materials from you.
You agree to provide accurate business information, branding materials, photos, and content in a timely manner, and to ensure you have the rights to all materials you supply. Turnaround times begin once we have received everything needed to complete your build.
The Business Website package is a one-time fee of $899, due as agreed at booking. Ongoing website maintenance, hosting, security, backups, and small content updates are provided for $99 per month, billed monthly. You may cancel the maintenance plan at any time; service continues through the end of the current billing period.
You have 30 days after launch to request major changes at no extra cost. After 30 days, small changes such as text updates, photo swaps, and minor edits are included in the monthly maintenance plan. Larger redesigns or new pages after the initial 30-day window may be quoted separately.
Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your website. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Our services are provided 'as is.' To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneDayWebsites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost revenue or business interruption.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
